Refund policy

Online courses

You have the right to cancel within seven days of payment, or within seven days of receipt of your login and password for the course.

Simply write to info@ochs.org.uk and payment will be refunded and your course registration will be cancelled.

Please also feel free to advise of any reasons for cancellation so we can work to improve our service.

Donations

Donations may be refunded unconditionally within seven days. After seven days, donations may be refunded at the discretion of the OCHS. Donations refunded may incur a small service charge equivalent to that we pay to our credit-card handling service.
